The platform details are emphasised: carton-plume (a sandwich formed by a sheet of extruded foam and two sheets of hardboard) with laminated grey hardboard, the side stones are made of white drawing paper painted grey (tube of acrylic paint).

New platforms made on the station module (photo taken on 31/10/2007)

Compared to the previous picture, the platforms have been reworked, with the same technique (carton-plume with laminated grey hardboard, the side stones are made of white drawing paper painted grey with tubes of acrylic paint). The previous platforms were far too high.

Track ballasted with see sand, tinted in cream (natural sand is too dark). The same sand is used to cover the platforms, as on the prototype.

The Spreewaldbahn train is obviously not in the right place, but this is until we have real BA rolling stock...
